About Me

Welcome to Lovey's Miniature Schnauzers! My name is Cristina and I'm located in the beautiful Sunflower State in Topeka, Kansas. 

I'm married to my best friend and I couldn't do this without his love and support!

Our adult dogs and puppies all live in our home with our family. Our puppies are exposed to everyday sounds and everything that goes on in a home. With my kids in the house they get used to noises! This is a family venture and we're all involved. We love our pups and take a lot of pride in each of them. 

My background is in Early Childhood Education. Surprisingly, raising puppies is similar since I implement curriculum beginning at 3 days old until they go home. They're slowly introduced to many stimuli to help them become better socialized.

Our goal is to raise healthy, happy, and well-adjusted puppies who transition more easily to their new homes. We're dedicated to continue learning as much as possible to provide great puppies for individuals and families. The role of a breeder is so important and often overlooked when finding a puppy. The care a puppy receives the first 12 weeks of life helps shape them for life. A breeder has them for at least 8 weeks of this critical time period. At Lovey's Miniature Schnauzers, we do the foundational training and work while they're in our care so you can reap the benefits and enjoy them for many years to come!
