Puppies sold as pet only do not include registration papers.
All breeding parents are indeed registered with the AKC though.
LIMITED registration means you won't have breeding or showing rights. It will be a pet only.
FULL Registration means you'll be able to breed, show, and register the litters. Please let me know if you're interested in full registration.
